Slow Flow Yoga, from our partners at Burn Within Yoga
never done yoga? can’t touch your toes? no problem. perfect for beginners and those seasoned yogis who want a little refresher. this 60 minute class is designed to break down basic poses with focus on details, alignment, transitions, and the breath; while instilling you with the comfort, confidence, strength and knowledge needed to explore and enjoy your yoga practice safely.
This is a six week series, you can buy all six weeks or just one – whatever works for you! Classes are from 6-7:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and are $10 each. Participants should bring a mat, towel and water bottle.

What to expect in my class: gentle flow with a focus on alignment and breath awareness, combining creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. one of my favorite quotes is: “if you can breathe, you can do yoga.”
My idea of a good time: spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and drinking chai tea.
Something you don’t know about me: I have 8 beautiful grandchildren. I’m an event planner for an online school and I teach yoga online to middle school students
