Cake Decorating Basics with Frosting

Learn to prepare, fill and properly use decorating bags and the use of various decorating tips. Learn how to properly ice a 6” cake and pipe basic borders and designs. This course is taught by Jess Ross of Jess Ross Cakes.

Tools needed:

-closed star tip              -open star tip                 -leaf tip                 -round tip

-french tip                    – rose petal tip              -piping coupler      -offset pallet knife

-strait pallet knife         -turntable or lazy susan              -comb icing smoother or bench scraper

It is recommended that you purchase the below kit (or similar). If you take other cake decorating courses we offer, the kids will be helpful with those courses as well.
