About the Shops
Located inside Pickaway Place, The Shops are a local destination to sell your unique products.
Our two 100-square-foot rooms are outfitted with shelves, hanging racks, wall space to hang decor and more in an effort to help local makers have a place to sell their products.
Rental space inside The Shops is for a minimum three-month time period. Consideration will be given to returning partners, competing products and other unique identifiers of the brands and products represented.

Costs per Month
Full Wall: Three 8-foot Shelves = $125
Single Shelf: One 8-foot Shelf = $50
Full Wall: Hanging & Shelf combo = $125
Clothing Rack on Wall & Shelf Combo = $125
Full Room = $250
In addition to monthly rent of the space, we will charge you 3% on all credit card transactions for any products sold/purchased through our point-of-sale system. Rent is due on the first of the month (for the upcoming month) and credit card fees are invoiced on the last business day of the month.
- $25 late fee if rent is not paid by the 10th of the month
- $50 late fee if rent is not paid by the 25th of the month
First month’s rent is due at signing. Contracts are for 90 days. Termination may not be given by the vendor within the first 30 days. Thirty day notice of written termination is required by both parties. Notice must be given prior to the first of the month. Vendor can apply for renewal for three additional months 30 days in advance of initial contract end date.
Vendor will be provided an access code for stocking and managing inventory. Shop hours are same as Pickaway Place open hours and are only opened during private events at the request of the private event guest. Cameras are in use in The Shops, as well as inside Pickaway Place.
If vendor uses own point-of-sale system, vendor is responsible for providing how-to instructions, change for cash purchases, charging cords, etc.
